Shipping / Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it.* The item must be returned in the original package and the same condition it was sent. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
If you need to return an item, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and phone number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Any damage which is discovered due to delivery needs to be reported to Art Revival within 1 week of receipt of the item so that we can help you file an insurance claim with the shipper.
* Client initiated custom framed artwork is non-refundable
We ship worldwide. Some restrictions or additional fees may apply depending on location. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. You will receive an email confirmation when your item ships. Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are based on weight and size.
